If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us immediately upon receiving the order as most of our products are perishable. We will investigate the issue and assist further. Please take note that you will need to email us ([email protected]) the picture of the wilted/damaged/faulty product within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund/replacement (if any).
